Disney on Ice Worlds of Enchantment, A Review

Disney on Ice Worlds of Enchantment

I recently attended a performance of Disney on Ice Worlds of Enchantment at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, FL and I am so excited to share my experience with you. The show started with Mickey’s Dance-along pre-show where performers encourage audience participation. Then, Mickey and the gang introduce you to 4 very special worlds.

Toy Story 3: The toys are back in town and ready to take on Lotso as they try and escape from Sunnyside Daycare.  The cast did a fantastic job recreating the scenes from this movie with creative backdrops, fun props and larger than life characters.

Little Mermaid: Sebastian brought us under the sea to save Ariel from the sea witch and unite her with her prince.  This adventure was filled with bubbles, colorful costumes and fun songs to sing along to.

Cars: Life-sized Mater and Lightning McQueen worked to fix Mickey’s car with help from their friends in Radiator Springs. The cars moved across the ice with fun stunts and pyrotechnics.

Frozen: Snow fell in the arena as we journeyed to Arendale to see Elsa, Anna and Olaf.  This world was definitely a crowd favorite. We had so much fun singing to the beloved songs and watching as Anna and Elsa bond as sisters.

Costuming, special effects and attention to detail were phenomenal throughout the show. The skaters did a fabulous job bringing the characters to life and drawing the audience into the story. This is a must see show for all Disney lovers!
