My latest Disney discovery is Overcast Weather on Etsy! They create wonderful Disney park map necklaces and keychains. I love that you can subtly wear a bit of Disney without it being totally over the top. After some serious debate (with myself) and the advice of our Facebook fans, I finally decided on the Cinderella Castle necklace. To me, it’s the most basic and classic symbol of Walt Disney World. And, lucky for us, Overcast Weather agreed to a giveaway for our readers. Since you all loved the Monorail theme necklace, we’ll be giving that one away to one lucky reader!
I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect a whole lot from this necklace. I figured it would be fun, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was really shocked at the wonderful quality of the work when they arrived. The top of the necklace creates a beautiful dome over the piece of the park map. The gold on the back of the castle necklace even has a very nice texture. It’s really lovely and I can’t wait to wear it both at home and at Walt Disney World.
